A new pricing model is launched that is our current model today. Employers post their projects for free. Professionals seeking work can register either as a free (Basic) member, or as a subscribing (Choice) member. In addition, professionals are charged either a 5% or 10% transaction fee. |

The company celebrates 250,000 registered professionals and 17,000 registered employers. |

| In September of 2002, The Pittsburgh Technology Council named Emoonlighter (formerly A2Zmoonlighter.com) the "Rising Stars" category leader for their annual Tech 50 Awards. |

Each year, The Pittsburgh Technology Council honors the 50 fastest-growing companies in the Southwestern Pennsylvania region. Out of those 50 companies, five in five categories are selected as category leaders. Emoonlighter emerged as the leader for the "Rising Stars" category, which encompasses:
