ERIKA L. GJOVIK Research Analyst Erika Gjovik joined DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services after 2 years of service with Hilton Hotels Corporation. At Hilton, Erika worked as an Analyst in their Feasibility and Investment Analysis department, where she was responsible for preparing proforma analyses, as well as, performing feasibility and investment analyses for various hotel properties. She was also responsible for conducting market studies, impact analyses and due diligence support for the Development, Asset Management and Finance departments at Hilton. Erika recognized the tremendous opportunities and exciting platform that was being created at DAUM, and has put her skills and vision toward assisting its research and marketing team, joining DAUM as a Research Analyst in January of 2003. At DAUM, Erika provides value-added research, marketing and analysis support for ten brokerage locations, throughout Southern California and Phoenix, Arizona. Erika?s main responsibilities include: new technology marketing, data collection, market analysis, and providing financial analysis for lease, sale and investment properties. She also creates and prepares a variety of project-specific reports, which include marketing and analysis for DAUM agents, clients and government agencies. Erika brings to DAUM, a strong work ethic, competitive nature, a customer-driven and solutions-based attitude, coupled with a strong background in market research and financial analysis.
