Mr. Crocker is currently President of Crocker Ventures, LLC (health care and medical devices private investment firm) and Chairman of ARUP, Inc. (world leading medical testing laboratory). He also serves on the Boards of the Western Region of the Federal Reserve Bank, Interleuken Genetics, Inc. (genetic-based diagnostics), Thermoform Technologies, Inc., (manufacturer of specialized plastic packaging products), and the University of Utah. From 1985 - 1999 he was the co-founding investor and served on the Board of TheraTech, Inc. (public transdermal patch manufacturer) prior to its 1999 sale to Watson Pharmaceuticals for $350 million. From 1983 - 1997, Mr. Crocker was President, CEO and founder of Research Medical, Inc. (public medical device manufacturer), which was acquired by Baxter International in 1997 for $236 million. Prior to Research Medical, Mr. Crocker was vice President of Business Development and Director of Marketing for Sorenson Research Company, a company Sole negotiator in sale of Sorenson division to Abbott in 1980, for $118 million he helped sell to Abbott Laboratories in 1980. Mr. Crocker earned a Masters of Business Administration and also graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics both from Harvard.

Dinesh C. Patel, Ph.D.

Dr. Patel is currently Managing Director of vSpring Capital (early stage venture capital fund). Dr. Patel is also the Founder, Chairman, President & CEO of Ashni Naturaceuticals, Inc. (naturaceutical products) and Founder and Chairman of Salus Therapeutics, Inc., (nucleic acid-based biotechnology). From 1985 - 1999, Dr. Patel served as Co-founder, Chairman, President & CEO, of TheraTech, Inc. (public transdermal patch manufacturer), a pioneer in the development and manufacture of innovative drug delivery products. Under Dr. Patel's guidance, TheraTech established strategic alliances with major pharmaceutical companies including Eli Lilly, Pfizer, Proctor & Gamble, Roche, and SmithKline Beecham. Dr. Patel directed the construction of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and oversaw the company's R&D efforts through the manufacture of its currently marketed transdermal products (leading products being transdermal testosterone and estrogen hormone-replacement therapy patches). In January 1999, TheraTech was purchased for $350 million by Watson Pharmaceuticals. Prior to founding TheraTech, Dr. Patel served as senior scientist of drug delivery for Alcon Laboratories and Research Pharmacist at Lederle Laboratories. Dr. Patel holds a doctorate in physical pharmacy from the University of Michigan.

Roger Hendrix Jr.
Founder, Director, & Exec VP

Mr. Hendrix and Mr. Tanner recognized the need for a service-oriented, technology-focused marketplace for the rapidly growing transdermal patch industry?creating the 1-800-Patches concept. Mr. Hendrix was the East Coast Regional Sales Manager of dotOne.com (now Critical Path (CPTH) where he won top sales awards. Mr. Hendrix also serves on the Board of 1-800-Pharmacy, Inc. (mail-order pharmacy). A former college basketball player, Mr. Hendrix received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship, from Brigham Young University.

Jonathan Tanner
Founder, Director, & Exec VP

Mr. Tanner and Mr. Hendrix recognized the need for a service-oriented, technology-focused marketplace for the rapidly growing transdermal patch industry?creating the 1-800-Patches concept. Mr. Tanner, was the Regional Manager of Top Gun Promotions (direct sales) and Salesmen of the Year for Truly Nolen's (pest control company) outsourced sales force. Mr. Tanner also serves on the Board of 1-800-Pharmacy, Inc. (mail-order pharmacy). He graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Filmmaking, having produced a PBS documentary feature film and a National CINE Eagle award-winning film.

Dr. Ichiro Nakatomi
Director

Dr. Nakatomi is President, and CEO of NanoCarrier Co., Ltd. of Japan (nano-level drug delivery), which he co-founded in 1999. Previously, Dr. Nakatomi was the Vice President of Business Development for TheraTech, Inc. and concurrently served as Representative Director of its Japanese branch. Prior to TheraTech, he was responsible for the Pharmacology Laboratory, Research Planning, and Business Development for Hisamitsu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. of Japan (drug delivery).
